We've been coming here for years and will drive from Lawrence out to Overland park at least every other week for lunch. The food is absolutely amazing--delicious, well priced, and you get to watch the chefs cook right in front of you. They create hearts out of rice, volcanoes out of onions, and use fire as entertainment. Our young kids love it and eat very well, and we most of all enjoy the very friendly staff and the food!!! They have something for everyone--filet mignon, lobster, fish, salmon,chicken, scallops, and great vegetarian too, and all is very fairly priced.

They also have long sushi bar with chefs who will give you the best sushi around at also great prices. They also have an amazing dessert called shaved ice cream,you feel so light and refreshed right away!delicious!

(oh, the Ginger dressing for the salad can't be beat!) and you will almost be guaranteed to have a good amount of leftovers for your next meal. We bring all our friends and families here when they come visit and cannot recommend this restaurant more highly. This is it! If you're looking for delicious food that is also a dining experience, don't hesitate to drive out here and have one of the best meals you'll eat in Kansas. ;)

I have been going to kyoto for about 3 year. If you go, please sit at the sushi bar. Then order spicy crab salad,it is sliced crabmeat, cucumber & seawee
mixed with tempura crunchy must be eaten right away when given to you,AMAZING! my other favorites are the Hawaiian Roll,Kyoto Roll,Spicy Lobster roll and nigiri there,wanna come back again real soon!

Try the medium spicy crab salad and spicy tuna sushi roll. Mmmmm Good. the place is always clean and the fish is always fresh. Nice clean friendly restaurant. Try the lion king roll with their home made sauce and Kyoto Popcorn Chicken. Really nice treat.
